About me

Francine has a background in archival studies, public history and digital humanities; she's pursuing her Master of Information at the University of Toronto. She is a facilitator who tells the story of the past via researching the historical records and material culture. She has worked/volunteered for the cultural memory projects/institutions in Toronto in the past four years.

Since she majors in archives and records management during her master's program, Francine is particularly familiar with the GLAM ("galleries, libraries, archives, and museums") sector and other cultural heritage institutions.

Francine cares about rewriting narratives of what was ignored in mainstream history storytelling. She also has a passion for digging into the transcultural knowledge transmission in human history.

Francine enjoys musical theatres outside of work and study.
